Justin Etzin is a British-Seychellois Entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio encompassing business, investment, and philanthropy.

He is actively involved in multiple sectors, including real estate, hospitality, retail, travel, insurance, medical, entertainment, and technology. Currently, he holds the position of CEO at Global Ocean, a company specializing in private equity, global real estate investment and development, and debt financing.

For 14 years, Justin Etzin served as a Diplomat for the Seychelles at the United Nations in New York. He has since transitioned into a role as a strategic advisor and Special Envoy to the President of Seychelles.

Justin is at the forefront of Global Ocean’s hospitality ventures, which involve hotel development in Seychelles, the United States, and Europe. His vision emphasizes wellness, longevity, and innovative guest experiences. He has a strong passion for architecture and design, particularly in the restoration of historic properties, preserving their heritage while giving them a new lease on life. In the United States, he is known for transforming former historic federal properties into residential developments and boutique hotels.

Beyond his hospitality ventures, Justin Etzin has a diverse business portfolio. He serves as the Managing Director of Seychelles Medical, a premier medical facility for tourists in Seychelles. He is also an investor in UK Diagnostics, a laboratory and diagnostic provider based in the UK. Additionally, he holds a directorship at Seychelles Travel, a Destination Management Company in Seychelles. Furthermore, he actively engages in venture capital investments in Europe and the US, providing support to businesses in their growth strategies, particularly in the tech and consumer-facing sectors.

One of Justin’s significant commitments is to The Etzin Foundation, where he focuses on providing special experiences for terminally ill individuals and funding life-saving medical equipment for hospitals in need. Notably, he recently donated an entire laboratory to the Seychelles Ministry of Health, contributing to the enhancement of public health facilities in the region.
